Who runs this site
This site is run by TODO: company name, TODO: registered address, TODO: tax number. Questions about this page: TODO: contact email.
The webcam
The camera at Balneario Beach Club shows a live panoramic view of the beach and the water. The stream is live only. Nothing is recorded and nothing is stored by us.
The camera points at a public beach from a distance. It is not used to identify people, there is no zoom on individuals, no face recognition and no tracking of anyone in the frame. If you think the view is a problem, write to us at TODO: contact email and we will look at it.
Analytics
If analytics are switched on, we use Plausible Analytics. Plausible is cookieless. It does not store personal data, it does not follow you across other sites and it does not build a profile of you. We only see totals: pages viewed, country, device type, and which links people click. We cannot identify a single visitor from it.
This site sets no cookies of its own, so there is no cookie banner.
External players and embeds
When the webcam is live, the video can be served by an external player, for example YouTube or another streaming provider. Once that player loads, the provider may set its own cookies and collect its own data under its own privacy policy. That happens only on the pages where the player is loaded. While the cam is offline or not yet installed, no player is loaded at all.
Links to other sites
We link to partners and to our own brands. Those sites have their own privacy policies. Our outbound links carry a simple campaign tag so partners can see that the visit came from this site. The tag contains no personal data.
Your rights
TODO: legal review. Under GDPR you can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD). Write to TODO: contact email.
